A month or so ago Tom offered to let anyone who wanted to copy and use a letter he had written to send to all his clients. This was in an effort to inform people about the new ebay feedback rules and how they affect dealers. I have been sending it out and VOILA! my DSR's have gone up. The only one that was "bad" was shipping charge at 4.7. It is now 4.9. I'm thrilled - thanks Tom!

Confession time!
I have included Fluffy's picture of the stars and plea to help keep me in business at the bottom of my invoices. Also, I offer a full refund for any reason and I highlight that in green.
Stars at time of discount: 5, 5, 5, 4.9
I am also leaving positive feedback upon shipping and ship within 24-48 hours. Sometimes same day if it is slow.
Tom: I would like to see your letter and my email is public by clicking on my name.

bjboswell - I'd be interested to know if you have lower your shipping at all or if you always charged the actual shipping cost.
I've lower mine, include a DSR comment in my shipping letter as well.
I can't tell for sure if it's working because of one nut case left me a neutral because the item got broken in shipping. She must have rated me 3's across the DSR's and I paid 1/3 of the shipping cost and shipped the next day. This happen the day before neutral started to count a negatives.
I guess I'll have to wait until next month to see for sure.
