Well doesn't mean some sellers will HAVE to ship to unconfirmed addresses?
Also even if it is confirmed doesn't it have to still be on-line trackable. If I'm not mistaken that means it must go Express - that cost a small fortune.

Another policy change: Paypal bought Verisign (the only cc processor you can use on Vendio) and now they indicate that if you accept credit cards via Payflow Pro you HAVE to display that you accept Paypal.
Of course they make more on Paypal payments then on the processing.

I received an email from Paypal that there were policy updates. The updates appear in the left hand column of your paypal account when you sign in.
