Not very exciting -
1) Seller protection expanded to all Sellers (not just PS) and to ALL COUNTRIES. ALL ADDRESSES CONFIRMED
2) New PS discount level - 20% FVF for those with 4.9's across the board.
3) New mutual withdrawal of FB mechanism by holiday season.
4) Up to 23% UPS discount to PS'ers
Say they want to be most competively priced venue - pricing changes ahead (sounds like this will be category specific)

I guess they decided not to mention administrative things like that at LIVE. I think it was discussed at Developer's Conference. I frankly was disappointed about the announcements at "LIVE" - maybe they were afraid that they would get pelleted with all those killer tomatoes if they rattled the cage too much. Nothing about FVF based on price and shipping either.
