Australia/NZ only:
Oztion.com.au
TradeMe.co.nz
Zillion.co.nz
Japan:
Yahoo.co.jp
Loads of other country specific ones that are too numerous to list. In many cases they have much larger domestic share than eBay especially in Central/South America and Eastern Europe. Hope this open your eyes to greener fields!

agitprop...with OZtion, are you here in the USA, selling on the Australian site? It is a nice looking site. I usually have several items going that way each week, if I could tap into their market at home, it would be good.

I'm in New Zealand. Unfortunately, only sellers located in Australia and New Zealand are allowed on OZtion so you'd need to hook up with an Australian seller. Same with TradeMe; both auction sites do this to greatly reduce fraud and payment problems since most (95+%) payments go direct into you local bank account.

Hai, or at least enought to get by in Nihongo, Korean and Chinese.

I used to do it directly from my Mac (which handles CJK out of the box), but now I send the english copy to friends still in Japan and they deal with it on a commission basis. I send them the ocassional Hermes scarf or LV bag as a 'gift'...
