I was going over my invoice for this month and I have a Promotional Rate $0 listing fees for my store items from 6/27-6/29. Did I miss something?

My invoice shows that too......from the 26th to the 29th only for store re-lists with the exception of 3 store listings that they charged me for on the 27th....crazy....... Update...I just looked a little closer and the ones they charged me for were new store listings. I got the free promotional rate for listings that were set for GTC and flipped over.

they have completely lost it!.....between revisings...billing...requirements...TOTALLY LOST. I think they just jumped out of an airplane and they grabbed the life preserver instead of the parachute...and they were over the mountains .. NOT ocean.

I just tried to REVISE 60 items. I choose INDIVIDUALLY to edit each one. When the 60 came up only HALF had shipping time - method - additional charge...AVAILABLE to be editted, the rest were missing that part???!?!!? How are we suppost to edit and revise 5000 items when they CAN NOT get their systems working properly??!?!

I noticed that on mine too! I was watching them like a hawk as so many people were being charged for revisions.

I thought I would be a smart cookie and do a Bulk Edit to put in the handling time. I did them in batches of 15. It worked great until I realised that the Markdown Manager Sale I had running had gone...poof!

I guess if you revise using the Bulk Edit feature then double check to make sure you don't lose anything else.

I saw that too. I don't understand.

I do know that when I did the major synch with turbolister after changing all my shipping and refund policy all my items disappeared and then emerged with the little icon for new listing.

I checked but was not charged for that (best I can tell)

I am done revising. Everytime I revise something in ebay and close the auction, the revise is not "sticky" and you have to do it over again in vendio.

It is all a mess right now.

called them and they still claim it is a known issue(over a year now)...asked what is gonna happen when it is MANDATORY...same answer, working on it.

Take them off, I don't care. I will revise the ones I want and screw the rest. Especially if they get rid of Vendio, NOT paying for multiple photos through ebay.

I don't think they will get rid of Vendio - but they sure making it hard for VD to keep up. (not to mention the sellers)
