Did anyone else get a phone call from Ebay today trying to explain listing Luxury Items. If you do it wrong you won't beable to list luxury items for 30 days. I noticed something on the TV today that there is a Lawsuit on Ebay about Luxury items. Maybe that was the problem. Nice message tonight about more changes in October.

Yes, I did. The call originated from 801-545-1800. I don't answer that phone unless I know who is on the other end so the caller left a message. She sounded a bit nervous and was obviously reading from a script. She also got my ID wrong, "zippitydodah" instead of "zippy2dah" but I understand that mistake as many people think I named myself after a Disney movie. (As if!)
I don't understand why they called me. The only things I have sold recently that remotely resemble "luxury items" are some authentic Tiffany & Co jewelry pieces and those listings have been vetted before they appeared and allowed to run full course. I've never sold a luxury handbag, only vintage ones.

Yes , ours was very similar and we had the same history. My wife told the poor girl that every time we see a email from Ebay her stomach turns. They didn't even know we were a powerseller and on ebay for 10 years or more. Ebay is like the gas going up and up with more restrictions or fees. Looks like someone should start EBAYMEXICALII after watching people getting bigger gas tanks driving down there for gas and Canada doubling their rates on small mail.
