Just filed for FV credit for a non-payer. It must have been the 3rd strike because the buyer is no longer a registered user! If the previous two sellers had been permitted to leave negative feedback for non-payment, it would have saved me some time, effort and energy! Sigh...At least shop4preciousmoments is no longer around.

I'm getting so many NPBs these days. I have 4 right now, I used to have maybe 1 every other month. One is a bidder who has 100% feedback - but if you look back you see almost a full page of nonpay negs from over a year ago. Hopefully she'll get nuked off.

Since buyers can't get neg'd, I suspect there will be an increase of NPB's. Buyers that get NARU'd can always sign up for another account.

This one was my first in over two years (admittedly, I think I've been lucky)! I don't look forward to the future when buyers have no negative consequences for not paying and it's so easy to open a new account.
