I have not sold on eBay for more than a year and decided to give it a go again. So far eBay has yanked my items claiming Vero and they made me take some stupid online quiz to get my account re-instated. They also gave me a warning that shipping was too high for a particular item which was also pulled a few days before it closed. The item weighs 4 pounds boxed and I set shipping at $12.95 which is less than what it would cost for me to ship it to Zone 8.
The items that I had pulled are being listed by hundreds of sellers with almost no feedback to well established sellers. I even bought a few of the items to check out just to see what they were like. I now several thousand dollars of product I cannot list on eBay...Has it really changed this much in a years time???

YEP designer items - Vero issues - buyer safety etc. EBay lost at least one big lawsuit and things have tightened up since then.
Given your track record, you might get somewhere if you tried calling and actually talked to a real person. Try calling the Stores Live Support (they seem to be WAY better than the PS CS Reps).

You would do better using a shipping calculator but I get that warning on shipping all the time.
