I was able to bulk edit all of my auctions to show the shipping discount using Turbolister to edit.
1) uninstall TL if you have it already
2) download and install TL
3) synchronize your listings
4) sort by format. Choose to edit items without bids (you can only edit items in the same format). A quick way to select the items you want to edit is to hold down the CTRL-SHIFT keys and then click on the top one and then then bottom and all of the ones in between will be highlighted
5) click on the edit button at the top
6) find the Shipping Section and you will see the box to check.
7) click "finish" (or whatever it's called - don't remember)
8) Synchronize your items again - VOILA~ DONE
