I have noticed that my last few problem transactions have involved the Buy it Now items.
One was a neutral the other was a negative. I am just curious if others have had this issue or noticed.I really think the one was just buyers remorse because the item has gotten great reviews from all over the world.The other was just ignorance about the system.He apologized about the neutral so I got on the Ebay Stars letter bandwagon.
I even have used Fluffy's ebay stars letter format.It really has helped explaining the system to the buyers and offer a refund policy to them with there purchase in the box. I think helps them understand the seller's.

You're not giving us much to go on with your description of the neutral and negative feedbacks you received. What did they say? What about those bidders other "feedbacks left for others"??? You should check to see if it is someone who abuses the system, or is new to ebay and is clueless about how to use the feedback system.
You have to ask yourself if the feedback is deserved. Are they complaining about shipping delays, item not as described, etc. If their beef is legitimate, then you have to look within to fix the problem. What do you know about what you sold to them? There are many factors involved.
I've received items that were missing parts, and the seller had no idea b/c they simply found the item and resold it. They knew nothing about it, what it was for, etc. They just knew it was worth something to someone... and it would have been if it was complete. This is just an example.
