The bad thing about using my ebay id on Vendio is that Google picks up every word - time for a posting id! So ...how does one do this without signing up for services? I tried and can't seem to get in to post without giving business information. I don't have another ebay id. Do I have to set one of those up too?

This sounds too easy so it probably won't work, can you change your id in Vendio? Don't laugh at me, I really don't know if it can be done or not.

Neglus,
We can change a Vendio account name, but there is a $25.00 fee for that. It is also dependent on available engineering resources, so I can't guarantee how long it will take. If you are interested, let me know and I will send you the details.
If you would like to set up a posting ID for Vendio, the best way to do it is to follow these steps:
1. Open a new account by subscribing only to the free Buyer Appreciation service here:
2. There is no need to enter an eBay ID into Vendio if you are just using the account to post in the message center. If you don't enter an eBay ID, then the Buyer Appreciation service will not be active.
3. We do require that a valid credit card is on file for a Vendio account, before you can post on our message boards. But as long as you are only subscribed to free services there will be no charges. (You might see a $12.95 pre-authorization charge on your account, but if you are not subscribed to any paid services the charge will not go through.)
