I am trying to change my automated feedback statement as well as the timing of when the feedback is left. I have went into My Account/Feedback Management and changed it to leave feedback one day after I have shipped the item, but it is still just leaving feedback in response to when my customers leave me feedback. Is there something else I need to do here to update this? Thanks in advance!

Hello,
I do see that you have successfully changed your automated feedback preferences to leave positive feedback once the item has been marked as shipped in your Vendio post-sale.
Please note that the changes you made would not apply to existing listings. For those listings, you may edit them by first locating them in your Vendio post-sale. Then click on the post-sale keys for the listing. Under step 7 you may use the drop-down box to change the preference for that specific listing.
