I have a customer who purchased an item in France from me. He was unhappy with the item but refused to return it just left me a negative, with no warning or note that anything was wrong in the transaction.Yes I enclosed a 5 star letter like Fluffy suggested contact me if your not happy and guarantee a full refund on your item.
the issue is he asks questions on my current listings that set a negative tone on the item and it is not purchased.I have even directed him to other web sites WWII that sell this same item for him to view the authenticity of the item yet he still sends questions.
Here is the question

Ebay has the usual canned response of only a court order can remove the negative. I can live with the negative it is the interference of the sale of this item that I have a problem with.
Your suggestions are appreciated on how to deal with this

Yes, do let us know if that works--if blocking him prevents him from also posting a question.

Unfortunately I think that sets some people off, and there's no way to predict it. I no longer include this in my mailings.
I'm spending a lot more time these days polishing and promoting my websites.
