I must be slowing down (if I was ever fast). I just realized that I am going to have to watch the GTCs as they relist, because the listing price/item (LPI) will increase as quantity listed decreases.
Assuming I start with ten (10) of an item which would cost an LPI of 0.035 per item. If at thirty (30) days, there are five (5) left, when the GTC relists the item, the LPI will be 0.07.
In having large quantities of items at GTC this could be a considerable cost, especially if listing in two (2) categories.
Watch out where your month ends. I start a new cycle on the 16th of each month. Whatever I list today for 30 days, will end on the 16th, which is one day after my month end date. I'm going to have to cancel all items with low inventory on the 15th, and relist on the 16th. Or, conversly, end the lsiting on the 29th day, and then relist with additional inventory
I've held back listing until the turmoil settles, and I can review all the problems everyone is having at this time. So far, I am glad that I have done so.

I've been conducting searches to see how visible BIN items are.
I did a quick search on "portland oregon postcard" (without the quotes). 44 listings were found in core, there was a single BIN, 3 days left, listed dead last, even though all auction items with 3, 4, 5, 6+ days were listed first. The seller has 100% positive feedback - nearly 6000 feedback and has a very reasonable shipping charge.
As expected, the BIN did not show up when I went to the Auctions tab.
When I went to the BIN tab, 708 listings were found, all but one - store listings. Where did the core BIN listing land in the BIN tab? Dead last again, on page 14.
Interesting quirk: Those 50 store listings that used to show under "see additional items in other eBay areas" on a core search when <50 core items were found are now listed on page 14, after the single core BIN, all the rest of the store listings are heaped on top.
