sad part is that if you were to have customs send this BACK to you...there might be a HEFTY FEE there also.

Thanks to all of you for your help...

Will call them and see what happens..

Thank you Again.

Why would I have to pay a fee if it is returned to me ???? Shipping you mean or a duty fee ???

Thanks

Usually happens if the item is NOT ALLOWED into the country OR the buyer refuses to pay the customs fees for pickup. If you request CUSTOMS to send it back to you, they charge you the custom fees plus the return postage.

MEDIA MAIL does the same thing...if you mail to one of the many BOGUS addresses that we get ... and they can't deliver it. USPS will charge you the SHIPPING BACK to you. Usually the PO will "write it off" but that sometimes depends on the amount of business you give them also.

How long after he paid with PayPal did you find out that the credit card was stolen? Stuff like that scares the heebie jeebies out of me.

Why should the seller pay customs duty fee when it is being returned?

Yeah it doesn't seem like customs should charge as it didn't get delivered in their country.
Do you have any recourse with paypal?

I shipped the item the next day..

Bought on Thursday Sept 11, shipped Friday Sept 12, Paypal put funds on hold Monday Sept 15. and took funds Friday Sept 19.

I will not be doing that again on any international sale and not on a sale over $50.00

I have never had a problem before...

do now... and now I will be doing the following.....

I will check the buyers feedback and see how long they have been on ebay..

this guy was not on very long.. but he had good feedback.. under 10..

I just had a buyer from Turkey with 0 feedback buy another Jacket from me.... he's been with ebay for this ID since 2007 no purchases at all.....

Told him to send cash or postal money order or I will wait 7 days before shipping with a paypal pymt... Why me...

Does any one have a phone number for paypal ?? I thought I had it.. but can't find it...
