There is a place either on Vendio or ebay, where you state the time period you are going to process this sale for the buyer and get their item shipped. I can't find it now and don't remember if this space is on the Vendio form or somewhere in the ebay preferences. I can't find it anywhere. Does anybody know what I am talking about and where I can find this? Thank you for your help.

Hello,

I believe you are referring to the "handling time" field. This option is not yet available in Vendio, but we will be adding it before it is required by eBay. In the meantime, If you are listing through Vendio and you need to add a handling time, the workaround would be to revise the listing through eBay after it is active.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi Nathan, I filled it out once, so that must have been from something I directly listed to ebay and not thru Vendio. The reason I am asking is that I used to have a very speedy time period in there like one day or such. I am now temporarily disabled and there is no way I can pack and ship so quickly. I just didn't want my listings and buyers to think I could process so quickly as I have about 50 auctions starting tonight. if that line is no where on the vendio listing, then I am safe and no one will expect their stuff so fast. Thanks for your reply. I was looking everywhere and really freaking out about this. Bye. $$

Nathan! While we've got you here, could you tell me please how I can find out what reserve price I put on one of my current auctions, now running? Thanks. Adele

If you are revising one item at a time, the handling time is found in the area where you enter domestic shipping on the listing form.

If you have a bunch to revise, you can do that through Selling Manager or Turbolister. EBay is not ending listings YET if the handling time isn't filled in but it's coming.

Hello Adele,

If a listing was launched through Vendio, you can tell what reserve price was selected (as well as other settings in the listing) by first locating the listing in Vendio in either your closed or active listings. Then click the "copy" link to the right of the listing. A copy will then appear in your pending listings. You can click on the title of the pending listing, and see with what settings it was listed.

Regards,
Nathan

Thanks, Nathan! That's exactly what I was trying to remember. Nothing else seemed to work. I appreciate your help. ~Adele
