I need help. I need suggestions as to an email program to sort and handle all the email I am receiving.
Currently, I have stores at eBay, StampWants, Delcampe, and the Vendio store. Further, there are phone sales and unsolicited email requests for items which are unlisted.
The Vendio system is able to assist with ebay and Vendio store sales. All email notices from Vendio, StampWants, and Delcampe are forwarded to my AOL account. Add in all the other email and I am being overwhelmed.
The email would have to be addressed to and from my web domain. Not Google, Yahoo, and AOL, etc. Further, it should be capable of handling Chinese, Japanese, Russian, etc.
I have read that there are programs which mesh with Outlook and might provide what I need.
The problem is that I do not use Outlook, never have, and might have a learning curve.
I am open to your suggestions.

too many emails -an indicator you are not doing a good job describing/displaying your merchandise.

hwahwa, that is not my problem. No one is emailing asking for clarification of an item description. I need to handle the email more efficiently.

Excellent question and good timing Bill. I had logged in to night intending to post a similar query. My email has gotten out of control!
With over 200 valid queries a day in addition to personal and junk mail, it is too easy to miss something important.
I have been using G-Mail. Love how easy it is to sort and search with its folder options but for the last few weeks, even g-mail has been tagging its own email from Google Checkout as spam when the customer chooses to hide their personal email address. Crazy!
Hopefully some of the pioneers here on the board has some answers for us.

most services give you upto 5 email addresses...can't you just have your simple address, then add a 3 or 4 digit code number that would represent each different site?
I use Gmail for most things these days but before that I relied heavily on Eudora. I would be using it still except I need Web-based email.

Don't let the fact that the Eudora platform is in transition to open source scare you off. You want one of the older versions anyway. Heck, I still run v.5.5 on one of my machines. Works fine.
Eudora is a very powerful mail management interface, easily customizable to sort and filter your incoming mail.
If you want to use your own domain you need a hosting account somewhere. I'm assuming kozersky.com points to your eBay or Vendio store; I haven't checked.

I have to agree about Eudora - I've been using them since 1993 - I am bummed that they stopped supporting the program, but I am using version 7.1 with no problems. The newer version has a great feature called fast search. I get a LOT of email as well, and it makes it very easy to search text. I can sort through tens of thousands of emails in a couple of seconds to find what I am looking for.
