I know this is an eBay Board, but since they also own Paypal.....
I have been trying to pay with for 3 auctions with Paypal for the past 24 hours. I log into my account, and get all the way to 'confirm payment' button, and hit it. The next screen (which would normally say 'thank-you for your payment') now says....'Sorry, you have hit a speed bump, please try again later'. I have existing funds in my account. I have also been trading on eBay for almost 11 years, and this has never come up.
Does anyone have a phone number for Paypal? I can't even find Live Help on the eBay home page anymore....

PP must be having issues today. I tried to print a shipping label a while ago, and got a popup stating that I should try again later. 5 minutes later I was able to print.

I had a buyer last week who could not pay with PayPal, they said there was a 'corrupt link' or something. I even sent an invoice (which I do anyway). Not sure exactly what they meant, they finally ended up sending a money order (I know, forbidden but they wanted the item!).
