I've received a few bewildered ASQ that I wonder if were triggered by automatic eBay messages. I add a note to my sold listings just prior to shipping, and based on the note, update My EBay shipping status just before I add a note to the next shipping batch. Worked just fine until now. I've gotten a few "What! I've already received the item and left feedback" that were not in response to any communication from me. Is eBay taking charge of all communication between buyer + seller?

yup, ebay is sending all kinds of junk to buyers. see my post re: Low DSRs on Communication
