I seem to remember a couple of years ago someone here mentioned a mousepad that kept your hand from getting cold in cold weather. Anyone here remember that, or know of a supplier? (Or think I just dreamed it?!) Adele

Adele - there are about 85 listed on ebay. I put in "mouse pad hand warmer" and up they came.

Only place for a space heater is on the opposite side from my mouse hand on my desk. Left hand stays nice and warm, right hand gets cold. I'll look for fingerless gloves next time I'm in civilization. I did search for mouse warmer on the internet and found tons, but they all seem to be like little cocoons for the mouse itself, into which one sticks his hand to manipulate the mouse. I'm not sure that would work well.

I wonder if I could just fashion one of those from scrap fabric myself?!

I was probably hoping that there was a battery-operated mousepad warmer. Haven't seen such a thing so far.

Thanks much, Toasted! That's exactly what I was looking for. I see many from the same company; the description they give has many errors in it. I've chosen one that seems to be literate and will order it. I e-mailed to ask how long the cord is, worrying that it might not reach from my mouse area to the computer. It's 50" long, so that will be fine. I appreciate your help. ~Adele
