You just type [*img] your pic url goes here [*/img] and just take out the 2 *

Just to add:
Right click on the picture, wherever you have it. Click your picture location/name into the message box. Remove the "thumbs." so the picture shows large. (be sure to remove the period!)
If you're not sure, just post the picture location/name here and one of us will fix it.
