I've tried contacting Vendio by email, but they haven't emailed me back. I am having trouble using their platform. How do I get in touch with them, or get them to respond?

This board is usually monitored by Vendio customer service. I am surprised that your email was unanswered, as Vendio has great customer service.
Hang on - someone should be along soon. Perhaps they have taken MLK Day as a holiday.

Go to "Community", click on Vendio Services, then Sales Manager Merchandising, and ask your question.

I'm sorry that you haven't received a reply from us, but if you haven't I assure you it's only because we did not receive it. How did you originally contact us? Have you since tried to reach us through the HELP menu in the top right of your account?
