I don't know what I am doing wrong. I just can't seem to launch any auctions. I was prompted to put a back up billing source and I did that, My token seems to be up to date. I just can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I had that problem the other day but when I put in a backup credit card my auctions did launch. Maybe Chris will come along and help you. Sorry this is happening, it is so frustrating!

I had to add a credit card also and then scheduling and launching worked. You might doublecheck that it took - on your MyEbay, click account and at the bottom it shows your credit card info. Otherwise, don't have any advice other than contacting eBay.
Seems like after my 12 years always paying on time, why they're after me for a credit card is lame. I wish buyers automatically paid by credit card so I didn't have to bug them to pay.

Thanks for the replies. I can actually post an auction from the ebay mainsite. But to launch it from Vendio isn't working. Maybe I am just missing something... Hopefully Vendio has answer this one... Thanks again!

Hello,
eBay does want you to place what they call a reimbursement payment method on file before submitting new items.
You sometimes won't see this at eBay directly if you click to 'sell similiar' or relist a previous item, but you should be prompted for the same requirement when you create a brand new listing from scratch.

Hi, Chris, I did update this on ebay. I still can't get the auctions to launch from your site. I don't have a problem creating an auction through ebay, only Vendio.

I couldn't find any attempts to list to eBay for today in your account. Can you try submitting one to eBay again and if it fails please let us know the SKU to check into for you?

The items have been successfully scheduled for launch to eBay. Please do not click the Refresh button (or press F5) as that may cause the items to be scheduled again.
It says it went to ebay. But nothing ever gets posted.

Hello,
Correct, you submitted your ad to eBay, but unfortunately they sent it back with the same error message.
Please confirm the following:
Can you right now, go to eBay, click the 'sell' tab and create a listing from scratch all the way to the end of the process without being prompted for this backup payment method?
If so, be sure your doing so under the exact same eBay ID that your using in your Vendio account or obviously that test wouldn't tell us anything about the error.
Next, log into your eBay account and go to:
My eBay - Account - Seller account - Payment methods for Seller Fees
Under this it'll list your Automatic payment method and your Backup payment method. Check to be sure that your Backup payment method doesn't say 'none' next to it.

Yes, I have an active auction up now that I created on ebay yesterday. I didn't have any problems.
I went to ebay and corrected the problem with the backup payment.
Automatic payment method - PayPal
Change automatic payment method
Backup payment method - Credit card Help on backup payment method
Credit card number: XXXX XXXX XXXX 9405
Last update: Feb-12-11 14:57:15
Change backup payment method
I tried to repost the auction and it says it went up successfully on Vendio's part. But when I check ebay, there isn't an auction up.
Is there anything else I can try?

I can't find any references to launch attempts since the 13th unfortunately to test off of. If you let me know the SKU or title of an item you would like to list, we can test it further for you.

Hello,
For SKU 1297862180951, you have this item setup to be an auction item and not a fixed price listing. The 'Quantity per listing' is currently set to 20 items, which you can only list as Fixed Price.
Either item the item to make the quantity per listing only 1, or switch it from an auction item to a Fixed Price item.
This is the same issue as with SKU 1297884093716, just switch the quantity per listing to one or change it to a Fixed Price listing instead.
