It used to be feedback was important. Now that eBay has all of these rules, especially buyers can't receive anything but positive feedback leaves me wondering, "whats the point?"
Really, feedback for buyers is really obsolete. The only benefit it has it to entice buyers to leave feedback for sellers (mutual feedback). What can a seller say about a buyer other than something positive? If they took 2 weeks to pay or don't pay at all... the best we can do is not leave feedback.
I have a whiny buyer wanting feedback for something they bought last week. Big deal, they ordered and paid for an item. People do that all over the internet and they don't get feedback for it. Buyer feedback has gone the way of the floppy disk. In my opinion it is pointless.

I have felt the same way for a long time. Buyer feedback is meaningless. I only leave feedback for buyers if they leave feedback for me - just as a courtesy.

Very few of my Buyers are sellers and like the others, I only leave Feedback once they have received their parcel and leave it for me.
The whole Feedback system is broken and should either be restored to the way it was or abolished totally!

Still have the old school training in me so I do FB when I am sure the customer has the widget and is happy.
For my little PT Biz I doubt if I sell enough stuff to get one star!

Ebay feedback is just about as stupid an idea as they get. I really don't know what was going through ebay's head. It is a meaningless number. They need to get Whitman back at all costs. They are killing the goose that layed the golden eggs.

If I sell 5 items to one buyer at one time and they leave 5 positive feedbacks my Positive score goes up by 1 point. If they leave 5 negative feedbacks my Negative score goes up by 5. Say what?! Where's the justice.
