We had a bidder back out of purchasing an auction item that recently closed. So, through the eBay consul (not through Vendio) we manually offered it to the next bidder as a second chance. They took it. Now they can't check out with Vendio. When they try they get a bunch of confusing German words.
I assumed it was because the original bidder's info was on the order for this item when I looked at the order's section, so I cancelled the order for the original bidder.
Can I override Vendio and let the customer pay for the item (they want to use Paypal) with the eBay invoice? If not, any suggestions on how I can get the order to show on Vendio so they can really check out. I'm at a loss.

If you do the offer through vendio it will work like normal.

I know that I can set an automatic SCO in the eBay Launch Profile, but what if I want to take it case by case? How do I send (through Vendio) a Second Chance Offer to a customer if I don't have an automatic setting in my launch profile?

Hello,
watchfactorydotcom - from the 'Channels' tab at the top of your account, click the 'Second Chance Offers' link under it. This page shows the listings for which you can launch Second Chance Offers (SCO). Click on a specific listing below to see the list of bidders eligible for receiving Second Chance Offers.
