I got my first bad feedback within a year. I wrote the guy and ask "why", the product was exactly as described. We had a couple of exchanges, and he finally realized he had missed scrolling down to the pictures at the bottom. The guy was real cool and allowed me to request bad feedback removal as a mistake. Alls well and good, back to 100%, but I got a "1" rating under description accuracy (his issue). How do I go about getting it removed???

good luck with that. your best bet is to call eBay, but I doubt they will do anything. I'm not even sure if the buyer was to call eBay and request the DSRs removed if they would do it. Worth a try, but knowing eBay's CSRs, I wouldn't hold much hope. Lower DSRs is how eBay makes more money from sellers by taking away your discount.

That could be a bit harder as we aren't suppose to know who left what in the stars ratings.
I would call ebay if I were you.
I fault ebay for a lot of this due to the way the pages are set up now. Some buyers don't even read the descriptions anymore - you can tell by the dumb questions they ask. I got 3 ones from a buyer because she got pissed because the "free" shipping was Greyhound which required pick up in her case. I know it was her as all 3 ones came in one day and the only rating that didn't get a one was the shipping cost. She couldn't slam me in that one.

Do call eBay. I had 3 1's removed. The customer had accidently left them by clicking the left stars instead of the right stars. The eBay rep contacted the customer to verify they had made a mistake and the 1's were removed within a week.
Still cost me over $80 because the 1's had been posted about the time my TSR was calculated and I lost my TRS rating for the month. Did not win the fight with eBay on that one!
