Can a buyer leave feedback and/or DSRs if a transaction is canceled?
What happens if they leave feedback/DSRs and then the transaction is canceled?
I had a buyer who purchased a single box from a set, but thought they were getting a set (only stated it was a single box 3 times in the listing description). I sent a cancellation request which they accepted, but wondered if they could still leave FB/DSRs.
It was an email that they sent that clued me in that they were expecting a full set. When I clarified the listing, which most people understand, he started asking questions that were ALL answered in the description. Obviously, he never once bothered to read the description that stated what the listing was.
