Seems I can't print shipping labels in PayPal unless the buyer paid through PayPal. Is this correct? No matter what I've been doing with sales on, say, Amazon, I can't print. I get a message saying something about invalid fields in the address.

Anyone have an answer? I could call PayPal tomorrow but there's Such a Runaround when I do. Adele

On the right side of your overview page under My account tools click on Multi order shipping. A box will pop up and click the Import tab. Then Import PayPal orders (Paid eBay and non-eBay orders for shipping within the United States).

Toolhound: Thanks. I'll try that, but as I said, many of my sales are non-eBay and I hope PayPal will be okay with that.

Hwahwa: Will Amazon allow me to add postage to the package? I'm skeptical about that. It's not just the label printing I need, I want to take money from my PayPal account to pay the postage on a package.

I use stamps.com, it works great, print 1st class, media mail, even 1st class international.
it will import your addresses from sales email the tracking numbers, note the tracking numbers on you ebay listing.
They offer insurance, cheaper than the Post Office.
you will get discount on delivery conformation.

You can hit the multi-shipping link on Paypal and then CREATE a shipment for anything you sold. The payment does not need to be done in Paypal in order to do this.

So. .. y'all. I've learned how to print the postage and label in Amazon. Don't know why I never noticed that one link!

PayPal is still problematic. I'll keep trying. I've tried what I've always done, and I get the same error message about the address.

Those error messages from paypal can be a nightmare. It can be something as minor as street or st.
