Hi!

I can't get a html editor to show up properly, just a box, without the other elements as shown in the help pages.

I posted my code and it showed up repeated in a jumble.

My browser is firefox 3.6.13 using a MacOSX.

I have created my own wordpress blog template and eBay templates using a WYSIWYG editor - and enjoyed success. I'm getting frustrated by not being able to convert my listings here.

Also I've tried to import my ebay listings and nothing happened. Can someone please help or direct me to someone who might be able to help me through the process.

Thank you

are you sure you are using Firefox and not Safari? This problem happens in Safari, not Firefox.

Hello crystaldreamer,

That is true, usually Safari is the one that doesn't like to display the HTML editor options and FireFox is the one that works OK.

First check to see if there is an update available for FireFox. I believe 3.6.15 is the most recent release for Mac OS X 10.4 or higher.

If the issue persists, please let us know. If you have it available, try also Chrome 9.0.597 which should be available for Mac OS X 10.5 or higher.

Regards,
Chris
