Sold an item on eBay last night, and buyer paid by PayPal according to Vendio Sales Manager this afternoon. But it does not show in PayPal as payment received or on the My eBay page. Is Vendio becoming psychic on PayPal payments?
The order in your post sale management section shows it was marked as paid manually, not automatically. (there is no PayPal reference ID number either.)
If it wasn't anyones intention to mark it as paid on behalf of the buyer, click on the post sale keys/numbers beside that item and then uncheck step 3. This will make sure that when the PayPal payment comes in (if that is the method you accept and they selected during checkout) it can still mark it paid automatically.
