This is the original Poster. I went further back and saw same problem. Believe me, there is NO box, as shown in Reply to the post which tells me to click on to Combine Purchases. There is NO SUCH BOX showing!

Does this help?

For combined shipping discounts to be applied automatically, the seller must set up shipping discounts prior to the sale and the buyer must pay for all items at once using eBay checkout.

Sellers can also choose to offer combined shipping discounts after a sale.
•Before the buyer pays for the items, the seller can combine the items on a single invoice. On the combined invoice, the seller can revise the shipping cost to show a discounted price.
•If the buyer has already paid for an item, the seller can't combine the item with other purchases. However, the seller can combine any remaining items or send a revised invoice for a single item. On the revised invoice, the seller can enter a discount in the Seller discounts or charges box.

Shopchicly, - did you ever get your invoices to combine?

Hopefully yes, but if not, it sounds like you hadn't gone far enough in the process. Click on any one item that the buyer "won". Choose Send invoice - then at that time, all the wins will probably already be together - just waiting for you to enter the corrected price. That's what usually happens in mine.

I recall some time back that they weren't all together - but when I got to the invoice screen there was an option to combine at that point.

Hope this helps.

Thanks to Cherishedclutter, but I had tried what you suggested and they were not together. So.....finally, I sent a PayPal invoice, combining the five items with a single shipping charge. What the buyer received was not what I typed. It defaulted to show individual shipping for each item.
So the buyer saw a total of $40 for shipping which should have been a total of $8. The buyer is a reasonable person, so I PayPaled her the difference in shipping and she sent me the total of the PayPal invoice. WHEW!!!
This should not be so hard.

I just had the same thing last night. One winner for 2 different auctions.
I tried to send one invoice but it would not combine them (and there was no box to check) so I sent the invoice from Vendio. The buyer paid but now the shipping labels won't combine.
I checked my perferences and it shows that I want combined invoices & shipping etc.
This must be a glitch in ebay.
Sometimes I can combine and sometimes I can't.
