Yesterday I went to Office Depot to buy some pens,as I approached the front door,I noticed my $10 off coupon has expired.
So I threw it in their trash can and said to myself-heck,it expired in April !
The store manager said what?we will honor your coupon,so we went back to the trash can and dug out the coupon.
He said 'your coupon is good,we need your business '
I bought some pens and some envelops and got $10 off.
Then the manager said to me,see this receipt we gave you,go onine and take a survey,we will give you another $10 off,we need your business.

You know they are like Walmart, their customers are now shopping at dollar stores and their electronics are aging on the shelf and their ink cartridge are now behind the cashier desk so no one can shoplift them.

'Thank YOU!We need your business'
said the store manager/
You dont need a receipt to complete a survey, just go to their site and take the survey, but it is pretty long and boring though.
For that you get $10 off!
