Hi everyone,
I guess this is a stupid question, but I'll try anyway. I recently signed up to Vendio snd having s problem undestanding the instructions on create items, I have been with Ebay for 5 years and didn"t have any problems. I am not a computer person as you can see. BTW I am 79 years old and shake a lot from Parkensons so please excuse the typing. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hi George,

Welcome to Vendio and the eBay Outlook Board. I'm not sure that I can be of any help, in that there are two platforms in use with Vendio. I'm on the older one. I suspect that you are on the new platform.

Customer service will come along shortly to assist you. Vendio has a great customer service department. Hang in there ....

I tried to help a friend who signed up on the new platform and I'll have to say it was very confusing to me as well.
As Bill stated someone from CS will come along to help. They are the greatest!!

Hello George,

In order to create an item to list on eBay, please go to "Items" --> "Create Items". Then place a check mark in the box for "Sell on eBay". You will then see an area where you can select your eBay category near the bottom of this page. After selecting the eBay category, click "Next" and you will be on the eBay specific page, where you can fill in your eBay options. There is also a link for "More eBay Options" at the bottom of this page, if you aren't finding what you are looking for.

Should you continue to have trouble with this, and you are able to save the item, please let us know the name of the item you are having trouble with and more detail about in what way you are having trouble. If you are unable to save the item, please let us know as best you can in what way you are having trouble.

Also, on Fridays we usually have a webinar on how to use our services. It is at 11:30am pacific time. If you would like to sign up for the webinar this week, please let us know and we will put you on the list (it is free).

Regards,
Nathan

Hello George,

It is difficult to say why you would be losing the information that you had copied, unfortunately. What you might want to try would be to paste what you have copied into Notepad (or a similar program). Then you should be able to get the information from there should you not be able to paste it from the initial copy.

Regards,
Nathan
