Hi--I'm a new user--well, actually I was on years ago, and everything has changed! When trying to upload photos, I am unable to do it, and get the following error message: C:\fakepath\sk half swivel 3.JPG. The sk half swivel is the item, but what in the world is this fake path business? That's a new one on me! Any help I'd appreciate! Thanks in advance.

This may not be much help, please forgive me for 'dumb' answer. But, are you first saving the pictures to your computer? I go to the Vendio 'upload inages' page and I then I click on 'browse' and the file where the photo resides that I want to upload to Vendio. Choose the photo in that file and then double click. Like I said this may not be the right answer.

Thanks to all for your help. Let's hope someone from Vendio sees the question.

Hello,

As others have mentioned your questions are best sent to the CS staff using the help link in your account or by posting to the Vendio Services forums where we monitor for new posts on a regular basis.

As for your issue uploading images, unfortunately your error message didn't come through. The fakepath thing you can ignore, as once it accepts your image it will just show the path to your actual photo in this field.

Check to be sure your image is less than 1MB in it's file size, as images over 1MB cannot be accepted in the image hosting page.
If you continue to have trouble, please let us know what the error message states along with the file size of the image your trying to upload. (you can see the file size by right clicking on it in Windows and going to 'properties')

Regards,
Chris
