I recently got a new smart phone that uses Gmail. They set up one email account for me when I got the phone but I need at least 2 or 3 more account so that I can get rid of my Comcast service altogether.
Tech support was pretty vague and really no help.
Does anyone here have Gmail and more than 1 gmail email accounts. I've been to there site and didn't see much that would help.
I have 3 ebay accounts, 2 paypal accounts and 3 Vendio accounts.
Would it be better to set up something else with Hotmail or Yahoo??
I want to be sure I can go to one place to check all my email.
HELP!!!

It think google can be set to transfer emails from other accounts to gmail. I know nothing about hand helds except I can't afford one.

I know what you mean. I got this phone to save money but so far it isn't working out that way.
However, I do love the phone and it has saved me money while out shopping.

My husband uses Gmail and I can't stand it! We have 2 identities on our computers, and I used to be able to click over to his account (I use my identity just for eBay) but Gmail now blocks it, and then won't let me back into my identity. I have given up trying to make it work, I now have to go to my husbands computer to get our regular mail.
He has tried phoning and googling, but can't fix it.

I just set up a Gmail Notifier on my laptop and other than I now have an additional toolbar - it seems to be working OK.
What I may do is set up a couple of Hotmail account and just forward them to my Gmail.

I have the Droid X2 and I have to say - it's pretty nice.
My husband didn't want to give up the car's navigation system for my phone navigation system until the other morning not only did my phone take us right to an estate sale but when we got there a photo of the house popped up on my phone.
Now that's smart!!!

LadyJ, I have used Gmail since 2007 and love it. I set up different gmail accounts for each of my listing IDs and forward them all to my main gmail account. Gmail shows which email ID the mail is forwarded from.
When I dumped my cable email, I set up a live.com email account. There seems to be too much spam that come from hotmail accounts.
Amber, there is a work around for the problem you are experiencing. Even though my husband and I each have separate user accounts on the computer, I keep my main gmail account logged on through Google browser and can check other gmail/email accounts (even his) at the same time using a separate IE browser window.

That's pretty much what the tech support was saying. So there is only one email for each gmail account?
I like my gmail email notifier so I don't have a problem just forwarding everything there.
