I just noticed that I was charged a FVF on an item that was sold and returned. How do I go about getting that fee removed?

You have to go to My Ebay,and find the transaction and click on resolve a problem.
Ebay will send an email to the buyer and ask him to acknowledge/cancel the transaction.
Without his co-operation,you wont get any FVF back.
