can anyone help me with photos attachedto an auction? I had a huge auction with 45 photos and sometime within the last 2 days 41 of the photos were removed from the auction. Now when i try to reattach a message appears that i can only attach 4 photos. am i doing something wrong or have the rules changed?

Could you please let us know a specific listing number where you are having this problem, so that we can take a look? Please also let us know whether you are listing from inventory or not.

Examples: 200648183917 listed with 6 photos and now only have 4...200648182417 listed with 7 photos..now only have 4..when I list I am only permitted to have 4 photos on the listing..if I try to add photos to any exsisting auction it's fine until I reach 4 and then I get the message that 4 is the limit for photos. Yes I am listing from inventory. What brought this to my attention was a large auction for jewelry. I had 45 photos starting out and didnt sell the item because my photos were reduced to 4. It was brought to my attention by a potential buyer.

Thank you for the additional information. The problem is that with the Sales Manager Merchandising Edition it is only possible to have four images in a listing when using inventory. You may still use additional images when creating an item in Sales Manager Merchandising Edition without using inventory.
If you are using inventory heavily, then you should consider switching to Sales Manager Inventory Edition, which was designed for inventory items and does not have this limitation. You may switch to Sales Manager Inventory Edition by going to "My Account" --> "My Service Plans" --> "change edition" (below "Sales Manager Merchandising Edition" ).
