I am looking at the credit I received for a non paying bidder and I do not see a credit for shipping FFV. Am I missing something or does eBay have their hand in my pocket once more?

Did Ebay charge you FVF for shipping in the first place?
Sometimes like intl shipping,I cant find the FVF on shipping?

May be 1.10 includes FVF for shipping?
I recalled reading somewhere FVF for shipping is not refundable, not sure if it is true, you can go to Ebay and find out!
This is all so confusing, just because some sellers abuse this shipping fee business, sell something for 99 cents and charge 65 dollars shipping.

The FVF on shipping is charged as a separate item but I don't think it's charged until they make payment. Therefore if they didn't pay - you where not charge.
I just checked 2 of my listings for refunds on my account.
1st one was a return for which I received a FVF on the item and the shipping FVF.
2nd one was a non-payment - which I only received the refund on the item FVF but I couldn't find a charge for the shipping FVF.
ggardenour - I would call ebay about the difference in the refund amount under the amount charged.
Looking over my account only adds to the confusion. Jewelry is one FVF % on shipping - shoes another % and clothing another %. Not worth the time to double check ebay's math. I'm sure that was their plan all along.

Call eBay and talk to whom? Tried that one a few times before and well they ain't none too bright. I agree it's not worth the time to check eBay's math and maybe that's what they are hoping for.
