Hello,
Please first download and install the most recent version of Sales Manager Pro. You may do so here:
http://wsacp.vendio.com/my/client/
Once the most recent version is installed, synchronize the program. Once the program is synchronized restart the program. You should then be able to create listings with 80 character titles in Sales Manager Pro. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
Regards,
Nathan

Nathan: Dumb question here. How do we "synchronize"?

Hello,
If you are using the Sales Manager Pro software (rather than your online account), you may synchronize by clicking the "Synchronize" button that is at the top left after opening the program.

Nathan

Hi Nathan. I followed your instructions and still don't have the additional characters. I downloaded the latest version, syncronized, restarted, and it was the same as before.

Hello,
Please confirm the version and build of Sales Manager Pro that you currently have on your computer. Also try rebooting your computer and see if that helps.

Nathan

Hello,
Do you have this problem no matter which type of eBay listing you select? (Auction, Fixed Price, and eBay Store.)

I only use auction style. When I tried a listing from Vendio.com, I had the extra space. When I used SMPRO, I had the usual number.

Hello,
I understand that you only use the auction format. However, could you please let us know whether or not you have the same problem when selecting the fixed price and store formats?

Nathan

Okay....tbe problem seems to be with inventory manager. That is where the character spaces are still limited. If I just start an auction from a batch, then the additional characters are there. I use inventory manager exclusively.

Hello,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have alerted the engineering staff so they can address the issue with the inventory manager. When more information is available we will post back to this thread.
