Why can't I write 80 characters in eBay title? I'm getting a message that I can write up to 55 characters.

Hello,

Our engineers ran into some problems that delayed the release of this change for the newer version of our services, unfortunately. However, they are currently testing a fix. As long as the tests are successful this option should be available early next week.
