How, what, do you have to do to alert buyers that they can pay in their local currency?

I have proper settings in PayPal that allows payment in buyer's currency. However, the buyer does not seem to know that such payment can be made.

What to do ...

I have seen some websites in UK,there is a pulldown tab for currency in their shopping cart,may be you can ask Paypal.

There is no 'Global savings glut',only wild horses and loose bankers.
