I've never had this problem before until last week. When I click Schedule a pick up - it takes me to the USPS website and I can fill in the top section but after that nothing is clickable. I'm sure it's something simple but I just can't get it to work for me anymore???

USPS has revised its website.
I have two addresses on file and it will say something like decide which one now,so I always have to click on it and decide which address before it will allow me to choose the date for pickup.
See if this is your problem.

Tried it again and it worked. There was something about confirming the address.
Thanks I didn't see it before.
