I've had one lady make 3 offers on a couple of pieces of my jewelry.
Her offers are never really great (sold the 1st one for almost twice her offer) but the main reason I won't accept her offers is the FB she leaves. She is international and just about every 3rd or 4th FB states something like she didn't get the item or it was really late. Most often it's that she didn't get the item.
I just don't buy that one person can be that unlucky.
I'm considering blocking her and then declining the last offer with a honest explanation of why I won't take her offers.
Is that mean spirited or would it be of any help to her??

I would block her for sure, it's not worth the risk of neg. feedback. There are some people you realise you can never please.

You don't owe this buyer an explaination.
I might write this. "Your current low ball offer is refused as are any and all future offers you may make on my auctions."
