I've been looking all over for a new blade for our Boston paper cutter. My kids use this cutter all the time, and I really don't want to have to buy a new one as they aren't cheap.
Does anyone know where you can find just the blades for these? The one we have is a 12 inch size, the blade is actually more like 13 inches.

Does the blade come off? If it's detachable, why not have it sharpened like scissors or knives. I know the JoAnn fabric store in our area (NE OH)has a scissors/knife sharpener come by every so often. Contact them and perhaps they can give you a schedule.
