hi everyone. You are all so full of information i thought i would post this here first.Heres the situation
My teen nephew had a friend that was a girl that he talked to and tried to be nice to.Anyway she was evil and mean and he quit talking to her now she's very mad. He had a hotmail account and she hacked into so he closed it and opened a new one. Well now she has signed up a new hotmail account using his name and is sending out very bad emails to different people using his name and she has written him some very bad emails to his original email that he saved before he closed it. Now we are afraid since she is using his name she might do something very bad and it come back on him.
His dad has already written to hotmail and the internet serice that he uses but i know there is some other places that we can report this to. They are turning it in to their local police cause their police department said to do that so there is paperwork on it. I have the fbi fraud site is there other ones that we can report this to?
All your help would be greatly appreciated. We would like to get this stopped before it goes any further. We just want her to stop and leave him alone.

Hi Shosh! Thanks but he closed his original hotmail account and opened a new one. THe problem is She signed up a hotmail account using his name and everyone she sends these bad emails too they are coming up with his name on them since she registered with his name.I didn't know it would that easy to do to use someone elses name.

Hi just for the record my nephew is 15 and this girl is also a minor. Her parents don't care cause my sister tried talking to them first.
We don't want to get her in trouble we just want someone to talk to her and may be put a scare into her so she will quit before things get out of control.
