Once again I tune in to discover that arttsupplies ... oops, the artist formerly known as arttsupplies ... has poopied on my post, then edited away his/her words so that while some people were able to read them, one of the people he/she dumped on (namely me) cannot.
This is becoming a pattern, arttsupplies. Why are you so quick to erase your words? Do you post and a few minutes later regret what you've said? But how can that be? Don't you think before you post?

I believe my second post, which you missed, had one direct reference to you. I quoted your reply to another post from someone else.

You seem to be comfortable with this universal truth which you espouse...Maybe there is something else going on? Not everything is black & white. Black people, I've heard/read and seen on TV, state that they are using this language to get back at non-blacks and ease some of the injury it represents from non-blacks who utter these words/phrases. This is from many different types of black people I know, I even know some thugs which is what most people who are reading this equate the language with. It crosses, though, all black socio-economic levels.<

This was the only direct reference to you, that I can remember, which might be considered dumping on you. I think it actually was the only time I referenced you directly in this long post that you missed. My last post had nothing to do with you directly.

I was so quick to erase my words because as I said in my "artsupplies is dead" post I realized I was saying some stuff that was offensive to some and it in no way should be coming from an employee of "artsupplies",an off-shoot of an art supplies retailer. If the owner would have read some of these posts he would have been pretty upset. He does not want to rock the boat where eBay is concerned. He just wants to make as much money as he can. As others have posted, it is not wise to post in the RT with your eBay ID.
I tried to erase EVERY post that I have ever made to this forum. I've probably missed some but I'm not going to digging any more.

Yes, I did think before and while I was writing these posts. The only error was not leaving the AR posts up longer for you to read them.
I was going through my past posts and deleting them , for the reason I stated above, when I got paranoid that someone would notice this slashing... and copy and paste the AR posts before I could delete them. So I came back and deleted them. That is why I gave you Kudos for finally, someone, pasting my posts for posterity.
I wish you could have read the second post with the one reference to you but this one reference to you is preserved forever, above.
My fourth post had nothing that involved you. It was a line-by-line response to another's post.

I want to keep my job! I make decent money and I am saving up to move to Chicago. I will be completely done with this auction stuff no later than about february. I would like to be employed until then. Hopefully I can get a job long distance sooner.
I stand by eveything I said in those posts and do stand by my convictions. I hope the above reply to spazmodeus reflects the reason for my deletions.

Later, jokingly you mimicked my using the phrase "bold mine". The reason I used it was because I was trying to emphasize a certain portion of what I was quoting to try and help people understand my reply without a reader thinking the quoted person had used bolded text in their post. I have no idea (well maybe I do...) why you would use this phrase as you did because you were quoting phrases within no other context to be misunderstood with reason for the bolding of them. Sorry if this sentence is sloppy. I think it is worth reading a couple of times to understand.
I'm not going to rehash anything else because I know you've read all of the posts that were deleted.

Edited to add: many of us here have well-paying jobs. But we seem able to post our viewpoints without going back & erasing them all. I know I have posted viewpoints that others have not liked--and I have even stated where I work & what I do here on AW. Guess what? Still have my job. No one tried to get me fired. My email addy is available here on AW. Guess what? No sinister emails have come my way.
And I have yet to demand a thread be closed because I couldn't face the conversation it raised.
