Hi...I like this ribbon very much and would love to use it in my auctions. I went to the site, clicked on download...but nothing happened. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help...

If you're using Internet Explorer all you need to do is right click on the image and select "Save image" or "Save Image As" to save the picture to your hard drive.
I don't use Netscape so if that's your browser of choice hopefully someone else can tell us how to do it using that.

Thanks! I had no problem downloading it, but it came in as a gif rather than a jpg. Can you help me to the next step? Sorry! But I do appreciate your help alot.

You should be able to use them as gif files. If you need jpg you ought to be able to load them into most graphics software then just use "File", "Save as", and choose jpg.
