Well, I now know what I DON"T want to eat (Bad Taste).....
On the flip side I now know what I DO want to eat (one of everything from the "Sweet Taste" thread please!)
BUT, we have changed our eating habits and given up junk food (sweets included) and are trying (read: desperately trying) to find some good healthy substitutes (tastes great with reduced calories/sugar) to help us with our new "eat right/ get fit" plan
If you all have any lo-cal recipes you could share, we'd be mighty grateful!

We are all fatter than a market pig and I confess if it does not have your daily ration of fat and calories in each meal we turn our nose up at it.
We do omlets and like an asperagus omlet just as well as using meat. Try a little LowCal ranch on the side to season it.
The only really heathy habit I have is that a fresh squeezed lemon is even better on steamed vegetables or salad than a pat of butter.

Instead of icecream, mix low calorie yogurt and low calorie whip cream (same amount of each), then put in popsicle molds.

Hi Rancher, here is a link to the WW site in the US, I use this site all the time to get ideas for recipes ect. There is a wide variety of different things in the Community Recipes that you can get for free.
All you have to do is register for free then once registered scroll down the page and you will see a recipe, click on more recipes and then go to the Community Recipes, just tick snacks or main meals....which ever one you want and you will get a list of different recipes. All healthy.
Or if you are still unsure you can post to the forum and I am sure someone will give you other recipes.

gravid..We are all fatter than a market pig we USED to be!...I've lost 30lbs, DH about 20lbs and the kids are slimmin' down too!...Got to the point where tieing our shoes was the big exercise for the day, and we figured it was now or never to change our eating habits...
ProudCanuck...Haven't tried that one yet, sounds pretty good. Did you ever make the lo-cal chocolate moose? Sugar Free Jello Instant Choco Pudding & Cool Whip Lite...Yummy!!!
Nettak...Thanx!...I'm a Weight Watcher from way back, but never thought of lookin' for them online. Guess I figured they'd probably charge for online registration!..LOL!...I'll HAVE to find new recipes cause the family is getting bored with the current menu and lookin' to load up on junk!
