If it's live, why is the picture so dark at 12:30 in the afternoon? Or is that all smoke from the rubble or something?

I just modified the link see what you get know...I may have had it set to one particular scene...there should be two to choose from and an elargement capability for the smaller of the two...and yes I think it is the vantage point and the smoke as well that make one look darker.
