Sorry. I didn't see your response here before. What kind of computer are you using?
nanntique: I'm using a mac. I just looked up information on Windows (and Outlook Express, which I have used) and it seems the process is the same (for the most part).
I remember also my husband used to use Windows at work years ago and I'm pretty sure (looking over his shoulder) that I was able to read (anything) on a floppy when it appeared on the desktop. Other than those quick looks, I stay away from Windows.
Anyway:
Select your email message/s. I'm not sure whether you can scoll and select all at once using Windows. You can using a mac. If you aren't using a mac you might have to select each individually.
After you've selected your email message/s, go to your Outlook file menu and click on "Save as". Select a file location (I'd save to desktop) and name the file.
Then stick your floppy in the slot on your computer and when it appears on your desktop, drag the file into it.
Before you put the floppy in the slot unlock it (the little sliding plastic pin) and when you take it out, lock it again.
I think (on any computer) that you will be able to read it as long as it is in the slot (and appears on your desktop). Just open the floppy on your desktop and then you'll see the folder and then just click to open it.
I hope I'm right about this (concerning Windows).
Good luck.
